Ssa Lin (pronounced like "sullen") is the solo project evolved from Melissa Chaplin Family, a formerly Newport based band. ssa lin turns sad, dark, and "sullen" concepts into beautiful, piano-driven songs that captivate the listener through relatability. Based in Providence, her songs are inspired by different forms of heartbreak, sobriety & self-evolution, artistic struggle, and all the complicated feelings that come with being human navigating our world.
Thin Lear makes cinematic folk-rock songs. His recently released Matthew E. White/Spacebomb-produced EP, A Beach of Nightly Glory, came out this past summer, with features on Apple Music playlists, and pieces in PopMatters, Talkhouse, and Bandcamp Daily; his previous album, Wooden Cave, was lauded by NPR and KEXP, among other outlets, and included on PopMatters' Best Albums of the Year.
Niagara Moon specializes in mellow, baroque indie-pop that combines the intricate melodies of Pet Sounds with the 21st century style of artists like Of Montreal.
John Faraone is a singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist from Pawtucket, RI.
