Justice Cow is, the musical project of Jessica Kion, is a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter whose latest album, my dad died, explores grief, memory, and loss following her father's death. Inspired by artists like Sufjan Stevens and Regina Spektor, Kion blends intimate acoustic songwriting with rich full-band arrangements. Recorded in just four days with producer Bradford Krieger and featuring contributions from family and close collaborators, the album transforms deeply personal experiences into emotionally resonant music.
